Precedent doesn't force a call. When the closest days disagree, it tells you there's no clear direction and stays quiet. Most markets produce zero to two setups a day.

Is this a signal service?

No. Precedent shows what happened after the past sessions that most resemble today. A setup means those sessions mostly moved one way. It describes history; it doesn't tell you what to do, and it isn't financial advice.

Does it predict the market?

It can't, and nothing can reliably. It gives you a base rate: out of the 12 most similar days, how many closed higher, and by roughly how much. Markets can break any pattern, especially around news and central-bank decisions.

Which markets and times does it cover?

05:00 to 20:00 UK time on 5-minute bars, which covers the Asian close, the London session and the New York open. Pro covers spot gold (XAU/USD), EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY. The free tier covers gold through PAX Gold, a token backed by physical gold, plus major cryptocurrencies.

Where does the data come from?

Spot gold and FX come from a professional market-data provider through our server. Free-tier gold and crypto come from Binance's public market data. Everything the engine uses is real recorded price; nothing is invented.

How often will I get alerts?

Only when the closest days clearly agree. That's usually zero to two per market per day, and some days nothing at all. Fewer, better-backed alerts are the point.

Which alerts are free?

Alerts on gold via PAX Gold and on crypto are free, with full levels, in the app and in the Telegram group. Levels for spot XAU/USD and the FX majors, and private Telegram delivery, are part of Pro.

Can I check how well it works?

Yes, in two ways. Study mode lets you replay any past day and reveal what happened, and the public track record lists every live alert with its outcome, including the ones that failed.

Can I trade or deposit money here?

No. Precedent doesn't hold money, connect to brokers or place trades. The demo account uses a paper balance only.

How do I cancel?

Open your account menu, choose Manage billing, then Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Your first subscription payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
